Service Description
If you are ready to hire and want to get started, you can book us to come to your home to complete the design brief. We then go away and complete a couple of mood boards for you. If you then move forward, this fee comes off of your final fee. For anyone outside of the UK, please contact us to arrange a time and fee.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that things can pop up and we will be flexible where we can be. For any cancellations or date changes made 24 hours prior to the day of the appointment, we will rearrange the visit as soon as the diary permits, for any cancellations that are made with less than 24 hours notice on the day of the appointment, then session will need to be rebooked and repaid for.
